Your mind is the gateway to your life, guide it jealously by stopping negative thoughts from taking control and render havoc to your well-being. Whatever you allow into your life will remain and eventually control how you live your life.
The greatest and most beautiful gift given by God to man is the subconscious mind. Though it is highly complex to understand, yet it is the point where everything has control. A brain has two parts; conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is that part of the brain that controls your thought and actions.
In other words, you are in control of the conscious mind. On the other hand, a subconscious mind has control over the emotions and feelings of a person. Therefore, you are not in control of a subconscious mind. The subconscious mind controls you.
Studies show that when you hear any news or anything, the subconscious mind is the first one to receive the information. It reaches the subconscious mind directly. Therefore, if you hear negative words throughout the day, then negative thoughts affect your subconscious mind automatically and you become pessimistic in life.
Thus, always try to hear positive things, then positivity will grow in your subconscious mind and you will have an optimistic attitude towards life.
If you repeat something constantly, then your subconscious mind automatically accepts the fact that you were repeating. This is called affirmations due to repetitive actions. For example, if you are constantly saying something positive about an event, the chances are high that you will get a positive outcome.
However, if you are repeating something negative, say you are constantly calling yourself a person with less confidence, and then chances are high that you will turn into a negative person or a person with lesser confidence. This happens because your subconscious mind has accepted the fact.
The subconscious mind plays a major role to make a person turn healthier or unhealthier in life. However, if you can use the subconscious mind in a positive way, then it can bring a huge change in your life and change your life for the better. Since it involves emotions and feelings, therefore, it has the power to heal negativity if you are in a positive environment. However, it can have the reverse effect also.

I am pretty sure you have heard the saying “your mind is a terrible thing to waste”. Changing how your mind thinks sounds pretty at ease but it acquires work. It is easy to allow the mind to wander and worry, but the person who can control their own mind has the world on his hands.

This is a mindset where a person continually feels negative emotions like fear, greed, anger, hatred, revenge, superstition, etc. When the mind is constantly feeling these negative emotions nothing good comes into creation. This negative energy brings you more of what you don’t want into your life.
A negative mindset makes you feel like you will never achieve any of your goals and you are doubtful that you will be successful. The negative mind has no empty space for any positive emotions. What is a Positive Thoughts Process or Consciousness?
A Positive Consciousness is a mindset where a person continually feels positive emotions like hope, love, faith, success, romance, ebullience, health, etc. The positive mindset is thankful for all the people that have and will have it, and they are faithful to the actions that will effect change and success.
The person who has a positive mindset doesn’t have room in their beliefs for negative emotions. Somebody with a positive mindset all the time finds the good in every situation and acknowledges that goals aren’t met night long and are willing to take a deputize faith and stay attached to accomplishing their goals, positively.
If you are actively controlling your thoughts in order to have your mind filled with positive emotions then you have a positive awareness.
So how do you change your mindset from Negative Thoughts?
First, you must agree that negative and positive emotions can’t co-exist. You must have fear or faith; there is no enough room for both. Most people have to do a bit of work to build a Positive Mindset and that is not difficult to do once you have the “tools” you need.

There are many ways to change your mindset you just have to decide that you want to live better and you are ready to try harder. You have to desire to have more, be more, and do more no matter how difficult it is because you are able to do it. It is possible to train and manipulate your subconscious to develop good habits of focusing on the facts and not being influenced by perceptions and feelings. It is important to remember when facing negative self-talk that you may not be able to change the situation you are facing but you can change how you feel about it. The situation is not a choice, but the way you react and respond to the consequences of that situation is a choice.
Experts tell us that 90% of the things we worry about will never happen to us. This 90% worry rate is usually created in our subconscious. To reduce the worry, we need to refocus our thinking from our perceptions about the causes of our worry and focus instead on the facts or the cause of the worry.
Confronting the self-talk by asking yourself reality-based questions is essential to reversing the process of self-talk. It often helps if you can write down the answers to these questions.
- Firstly, ask yourself about the facts of the situation and as you write them down try not to reflect on any emotions, but only facts.
- Secondly, ask yourself if there are alternative causes for a situation or event, rather than just the one your subconscious is suggesting. Challenge your perception with evidence from other sources that may prove your perception as incorrect.
- Put perspective back into the situation by reflecting on the facts and alternative causes.
- Challenge the perception you have had and create an alternative perception.
As you learn to challenge the way your subconscious relates to situations, you can manipulate it to start thinking positively. The goal is to challenge your subconscious reasoning before it thinks and responds negatively to situations.
